Makeunder - Ain't That a Trip

Makeunder is some seriously incredible... I don't know what to call this. Just cool, creative music I guess. I know I've never heard anything that sounds to me like it mixes Gentle Giant, Prince and... uhh... Phil Collins I guess.

I've had this one on the shelf for a little while now - I kept struggling with getting a take I was satisfied with. I let it sit for a couple of days and gave it a go this evening. Got it on the second try! So - turns out the brain DOES work on stuff while you put things on the backburner...!

I barely tweaked the Bass Micro Synthesizer before going at it - didn't want to lose the momentum I felt I had by overthinking/tweaking the sound too much. The resulting tone may be a bit too dirty compared to the track's original synth bass, but I think it still turned out decent.
